What is your expertise in the real estate industry?

I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years and have extensive experience in buying and selling homes that generate high equity and value As an investor, I have also bought, sold, rented and managed vacation home rentals. Early in my career as a realtor with the Naples Area Board of Realtors, I was recognized for my leadership on the Training Committee in which I spearheaded reducing learning curves for new real estate professionals.

How does the rebate program work?

I can offer you a rebate of up to 2% of the base price of your new construction home at the time of the closing of your home purchase, depending on the sales commission that the builder offers. (The lot price is excluded by the builder in the base price and therefore not part of the calculation of your rebate). In order to provide you with a rebate, I must be registered with the builder as your real estate agent. To ensure your eligibity, it is best that I introduce you to the builder.

Does the builder increase the price of the home when they pay a commission?

No. The buider factors paying a commission into their pricing model.

Does the rebate only apply to new construction homes?

Yes. Only new construction homes qualify for the rebate. These include homes that are yet to be built and those recently built by the builder known as "spec" homes which are sold by the builder and only in the case a commission is extended to the agent.
